All listed products are subject to availability. If we are not able to supply your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to address this.
After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email containing your order number, order details, total cost and delivery charges if applicable.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email and your order will be marked as fulfilled.
We can accept most major credit / debit cards as well as PayPal for orders placed on this website. Alternatively, if you would like to pay with cash or via direct bank transfer, please contact Sara directly at email@example.com
Payments will be taken at the time of placing your order. Receipt of payment does not mean that your order has been accepted. If for any reason we are unable to accept your order, a full refund will be provided within 14 days via the original method of payment.
We do not charge VAT or other applicable taxes because we do not earn enough money through doing this. Listed product prices do not reflect the delivery fee, which will be calculated depending on your location and added to the order total.
cancellations + returns
Orders may be cancelled by contacting Sara at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible following confirmation of payment. Any cancelled orders will be refunded within 14 days of notice of the cancelation via the original payment method used.
